The FarmVille Carnival Booth arrived in FarmVille this evening! The Carnival Booth is the new place-to-go for all your favorite FarmVille mini-games such as the FarmVille Mystery Game, Raffle Booth, and Sweepstakes. And guess what? More FarmVille mini-games are “coming soon”.

After you receive the update on your farm, you will be greeted with a pop-up inviting you to place the Carnival Booth on your farm. If you don’t have enough green space for your Carnival Booth, don’t fret it will go to your FarmVille Gift Box until you can clear more land.

The Carnival Booth is a convenient place for you to access all your FarmVille mini-games and serves as a hub that houses each mini-game. To access your mini-games simply click on your farm’s Carnival Booth and choose the “Look Inside” button. This will take you to the Carnival Booth menu which will allow you to access each individual mini-game. As you can see in the image below, there’s three vacant spots open for future mini-games that are “coming soon” to FarmVille. Hmmm…interesting!

This sort of reminds me of the old days. Think back several years ago (circa 2009) when many of us FarmVille Freaks were playing FarmVille for the first time. Before we were bombarded with endless amounts of Limited Edition items, there was one standard Market item that every farmer wanted- the Villa.

Similar to FarmVille Hawaiian Paradise’s Hawaiian Villa, the original FarmVille Villa also cost 1 million Farm Coins. Then, the Villa was our something to strive for, it was a status quo. Having a Villa on your farm meant that you had arrived into the professional virtual farming ranks and were no longer a newbie.

Perhaps, if you’ll allow it, this Hawaiian Villa can also be a new challenge for you on your new Hawaiian farm. Most farmers who aren’t willing to drop the Farm Cash for pricey items, will instead have to work your way up from the bottom to earn Coconuts, which is the preferred currency in Hawaiian Paradise as your Farm Coins are no good there.

Monday FarmVille released early access for FarmVille Hawaiian Paradise and the launch of the Hawaiian Paradise theme continues with new animals.

In the market you will find a Princess Horse, Hibiscus Ram, Aloha Cat, White Fronted Goose, Lionfish, and Masked Booby. You can purchase most of these animals for any of your farms, but depending on where your purchase and place the animal at determines what currency it will yield when harvested. Any of these animals will yield Coconuts in Hawaiian Paradise, but on other farms you can harvest them for Farm Coins.

The two exceptions include the Lionfish and Masked Booby. These water animals are exclusive animals to FarmVille Hawaiian Paradise farms only.

The horse can produce a similar type foal when placed into your FarmVille Horse Paddock. The Hibiscus Ram introduces a new pattern to FarmVille Sheep Breeding for you to experiment with.

Check all these animals out in the FarmVille Market before they are set to expire in 13 days.

Here’s how it works- when you purchase specially marked Frito Lay products (see list below) you will get a redemption code where you can then go online to redeem the code for an exclusive virtual item for the participating game of your choice. This offer is valid only in the United States.

Which Frito Lay snacks qualify?

Funions
Ruffles
Doritos
Lays Classic
Cheetos
Zynga Game Cards (Purchased at Wal Mart)
Here is the breakdown on what snacks you can purchase to get each specific FarmVille virtual item. For example, if you purchase a bag of specially marked Funnions, you will get the redemption code for the FarmVille Spring Llama.

Super Items

In addition to the regular redemption prizes there are also Super Items. You can receive a free Super Item, which is the Spring Pegacorn for FarmVille, whenever you redeem at least 4 codes and a Zynga Game Card purchased from Wal Mart for this promotion. Note, you will have to redeem the codes for the same game to qualify for that game’s Super Item.

How to Redeem Codes

1. Log in to the participating game of your choice (FarmVille, CityVille, or CastleVille).
2. Click on the “Game Cards” tab on the in-game top menu.
3. Locate the redemption code on the back of your bag of chips or scratch off of your Zynga Game Card.
4. Enter the code to get your free in-game virtual item.
5. When you enter at least 4 codes from participating chips and at least one Zynga Game Card redeemed for the same game, you will qualify for a Super Item in that game.
